Who we are

Turtle Technologies Ltd is a UK-based recruitment platform connecting jobseekers with employers through intelligent, AI-powered hiring. We were built on a simple belief: that every strong candidate deserves honest feedback, and every employer deserves a smarter way to find the right people.

We operate clearbridgetalent.co.uk and app.clearbridgetalent.co.uk — a platform where candidates build profiles, apply for roles, and receive genuine feedback on every application. Employers post roles, review AI-ranked candidates, and hire with confidence.

Our mission

Recruitment is broken. Strong candidates get overlooked because hiring relied on keyword matching and gut feel. Applicants apply to dozens of roles and hear nothing. Employers wade through hundreds of CVs to find five worth reading.

We built Clearbridge to fix that — permanently. Our platform uses Atlas AI to screen every application, score every candidate 0–100, and give every applicant honest, actionable feedback regardless of the outcome. No ghosting. No black holes. No silence.

Atlas AI

Atlas is our proprietary AI screening system. Every application submitted through Clearbridge is analysed by Atlas, which evaluates role alignment, experience depth, communication quality, and overall candidate fit. Every candidate receives a score and personalised feedback — whether they get the role or not.

Atlas is designed to augment human decision-making, not replace it. All final hiring decisions rest with the employer. We do not auto-reject candidates and we never will.
