1. Clearbridge intellectual property

- Sharing the content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.
You grant Clearbridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to jobs@clearbridgetalent.co.uk with your full name, contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
